ArkLaFiber provides rural internet access via line-of-sight wireless services, to residential customers who may otherwise only have internet access thru a mobile phone.

As an independent operating unit of SkyRider Communications (Monroe, LA) ArkLaFiber is supported by one of the most capable and experienced regional ISP teams in the nation, serving institutional customers in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Services Offered

ArkLaFiber’s service approach is proactive and includes 24/7 system monitoring that continually checks for service outages while supervising device configurations and backups, device health, threshold monitoring, event notification, and provides for local / remote admin control.  Field technicians are also available for qualified on-site service whenever required.

ArkLaFiber’s team of professional engineers design, build, install, configure and maintain wide area networks in-house, with certified wireless and terrestrial network architects and engineers on staff to ensure system stability; and a top-notch customer service team ready to assist our customers via telephone, email, or mobile.

ArkLaFiber is an independent operating unit of SkyRider Communications of Monroe, Louisiana) who serves business and institutional customers in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, and has designed, built and maintains some of the region’s largest WANs.
